The hotel was beautiful, clean, and modern. Bed and bathroom were great. Wifi and TV were good. Easy walking distance to subway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant served excellent food.

Located in the heart of the city which made it easy to get around and see the main sights. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of local and international dishes. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great night's sleep.
The staff did not speak English very well which made communication a bit difficult. the Wi-Fi was not very reliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family and friends back home.

Convenient location close to metro station and variety of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable with necessary amenities provided.
Staff communication skills were poor and language barrier posed a problem. Some of the staff seemed disinterested in providing assistance.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is superb, as it is very near to the central business park and Guomao subway station. Getting around was a breeze, with easy access to the subway and plenty of small shops nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the air conditioning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the mini-bar provided. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services that are perfect for a luxurious stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Located conveniently close to central business district offices and with small shops selling water for 4Yuen nearby, this hotel offers clean rooms with modern amenities, good breakfast options and friendly front desk staff who can speak English.
Check-in times are long and some members of the staff could use more training in hotel management and hospitality.

The hotel's location near the Guomao subway station was perfect for exploring the city's business district. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. Breakfast was both excellent and affordable.
